Delete your MarketPort account

How to delete it

1. Sign in on the MarketPort app or at marketport.store.
2. Open My account (suppliers: Shop settings) and choose Delete my account.
3. Enter your password and confirm.

Can't sign in? call 256702463447 or email info@marketport.store from the phone number on your account, and we will delete it for you.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted straight away: your name, phone number, email address, password, chats, saved searches, notifications, and for suppliers the shop's products, ID documents and payout number.

Kept: records of past orders and payments (amounts, dates, delivery details), because they are needed for accounting, the law and buyer protection. They are not used for marketing.
