How MarketPort works

For buyers

  1. Create a free account with your phone number and email.
  2. Find your stock. Compare bulk prices, or request a quote.
  3. Pay with mobile money. MarketPort holds your payment.
  4. Track your delivery by bus, taxi, agent or agent shop.
  5. Check, then confirm. The supplier is paid only after you confirm. You have 24 hours to report a problem.

Unconfirmed orders are released to the supplier 7 days after dispatch.

Products from China

Express from China (about 10–20 days) and From China by sea (about 45–60 days) products are pre-orders.

  • Prices include shipping and customs.
  • Track every step, from China to your town.
  • Your payment is protected until delivery.

For suppliers

  1. Register and verify your business with your ID and shop photo.
  2. List products with photos and bulk prices.
  3. Dispatch paid orders with a photo of the packed goods.
  4. Get paid to mobile money after delivery, less 5% commission.
