- Order details and delivery information.
- For suppliers: business details, identity documents, a photo of the owner and a photo of the shop.
Why we collect it
- To create your account, process orders and arrange delivery.
- To verify suppliers and protect traders from fraud.
- To send payments and refunds.
Who can see it
- Suppliers see the delivery name and phone number for orders placed with them.
- Identity documents are stored privately and are only seen by MarketPort staff who verify suppliers.
- We do not sell your information.
Keeping it safe
Passwords are stored encrypted. Identity documents are not stored in a public folder.

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting us.
